How long is the order processing time?
You will typically receive your purchased item within a week. We only display items in stock hence insuring timely delivery.
How do I make an exchange?
All exchange or return request are to be routed through our facebook page mentioning the order ID and order description along with the invoice copy which needs to be sent along with such requests.
Returns and exchanges will only be entertained within a week of delivery.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept 3 modes of payments for domestic orders:
1) Paytm
2) All Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit and debit cards.
3) Bank Transfer (after the order is placed)
For international orders, we accept only Paypal in these currencies (USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, EUR, SGD)
Please note that we DO NOT OFFER OR ACCEPT Cash On Delivery.
